What is the ideal time to leave salicylic acid cleanser on your face?
Salicylic acid cleanser provides maximum benefits if you use it regularly in your skin care routine twice daily (AM and PM). It takes 60 seconds for the salicylic acid to penetrate the skin layer and begin working.
Do I can use exfoliating acids, retinols, or vitamin c after using salicylic acid cleaner?
Yes, you can use. After you use Salicylic Acid Cleanser, you can follow your usual skincare regimen. There is nothing harsh about this cleanser, but it is very gentle on your skin, and is easily washed away with water. As a result, you can layer other active substances with safety.
When my skin is neither oily nor acne prone but still blemish prone, can I use salicylic acid cleanser?
If your skin is not oily but you experience breakouts or blemishes, then you can use this cleanser. We recommend using Salicylic Acid Cleanser 2-3 times a week with our retexturize glycolic acid cleanser regularly to gently exfoliate and unclog your pores. Both cleanser work synergistically to reduce blemishes.
Is it okay to be used daily AM and PM?
If Definitely! You can use it daily AM and PM or at a frequency that works for you. But don’t forget 60 seconds rule for get effective cleansing.
How long will it take to see results?
Consistency is key, so keep applying even if you don't see results right away. Don't overdo it, however, as it can be tempting to use more products to see faster results. Excessive use can cause irritation and sensitivity. Clinical trials indicate that a salicylic acid cleanser takes 6-8 weeks to completely turn over skin cells while reducing acne and blemish.
